REO Office Manager was designed by Charlene Samborn with assistance from REO Broker Mike Samborn. The actual programming of the site is through Samsa (Freeland MI), we work together on all upgrades and corrections, always looking for enhancements. ROM is based out of Bay City MI, Mike has been an REO Agent for approx 18 years carrying a substantial inventory of REO, Retail, Short Sale properties also with a BPO dept. Charlene runs and manages the Property Management Division (Rental Properties & Minor Outsourcing) along with working on developments, improvements and enhancements to ROM. REO Office Manager currently has a staff of 14 maintaining Client relations, demos, setups and training.
